The Bee Degree is a non-fiction picture book about the different roles a worker bee plays in it's short life. With a humorous twist, the roles are explained as if the bees qualify in different university departments to acquire all their skills and finally are awarded the highest degree ever, the "bee degree". Although bees are one of the most important livings beings in the world, they are rapidly declining. The project hopes to educate the younger audience about how much the worker bee achieves in a short life. This book was created as a part of my master's project for an MA in Children's Book Illustration.
